• Due to the COVID pandemic, our MOT and car tax due dates went out of sync.
  By chance I read a spam email in an account I don't use anymore and found out that the MOT was due in FOUR days' time!
  Northwest Autocare squeezed us in the very next day and thankfully, the car passed its MOT.
  Apparently, lots of people have been caught out in this out-of-sync situation.
  
  Thanks again to the team at Autocare, our go-to garage from now on.

  We dropped the car off this morning and the staff were polite and helpful. The place itself is clean and tidy the kit appears to be well looked after.
  
  We left the car with them and once the job was sorted we received a call and we're able to collect it straight away.
  
  What can I say. Great service. Very impressed - would recommend them.

• Wow what can I say true Customer Service does still exist.
  
  These guys are pretty honest and reliable. I've used them for a few MOTs now, a couple of minor repairs and an Egr valve.
  
  I was gutted with the EGR valve especially as it was Christmas week but they squeezed me in and the hourly rate was very fair. Unfortunately the EGR valve failed 11 months later.
  
  Fearing the worst I contacted them and arranged the repair which was done under warranty at no cost.
  
  There was no quibbling they just said it was warranted and when I collected the car said there was no charge.
  
  I will use these guys again and recommend them in the future without hesitation.
  
  I will also be dropping off some Christmas cheer for them this year. Thank you for repairing my car and offering such good service.

• Excellent service from a local garage. Called late on Saturday with mystery engine fault on my son's car.
  
  Took in early Monday morning and had quote and work carried out same day for a really reasonable cost - even fixed an extra, late known irritation of a seat mechanism failure and all came in under expected quote.

• I’ve used North West Autocare for a few years now and the service has been excellent each time and today was no exception.
  
  From booking it in and getting a date a couple of days later, ordering genuine parts needed for the warranty so they would be in on time, to me dropping it off just after the school run and receiving a text message early afternoon to say it’s ready to be collected, the whole process was faultless.
